the noise from the equipment was just unbearable, making sleep impossible, how do they expect to maintain their five-star status with lousy breakfast options? no welcome drink, and poor service overall. one would think, as a discerning guest, i might have at least gotten an upgrade for my troubles. unforgivable, really.

We loved the rooftop infinity pool with stunning views and the unique Art Deco room design. Our stay felt special, particularly when the manager quickly helped us retrieve forgotten valuables!

Brekkie changed daily, which was a lekker surprise! The bed was super comfy and the shower pressure was fantastic. Plus, the menu at The Glasshouse had some nice options for a chill meal.

Had a bit of a wait for housekeeping sometimes, which was a bit annoying.

The loft suite was absolutely stunning! ! It had this beautifully crafted design with gold and glass trimmings. The shower was a highlight, absolutely gorgeous, like something out of a spa, and the view from the rooftop pool was just mesmerizing, a perfect spot for relaxation. We really enjoyed our breakfast in the room, felt special and pampered!

prestige hotel penang is in a fantastic spot, just a few minutes from little india. the deluxe king room smelled amazing, especially with the english pear and freesia scent. it was super quiet too, perfect for those like me who value a good night's sleep. the amenities, like the nespresso machine, were a nice touch.
